The Bloggers With The Most To Say

So, I was having a debate the other night with a friend about must-see movies. (not necessarily your favorite, but movies that every one should see at some point in their lives.) He said more people would have overlaps with him, but I said I think more would overlap with me.

So what movies would you, 20 somethings, say are absolutely must-sees?

Mine are: (Not in an particular order)

Sabrina
Breakfast at Tiffany's
The Breakfast Club
Rent
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
Across the Universe
The Princess Bride
The Last Castle
Love Story
The Shawshank Redemption
The Green Mile
Amelie
West Side Story
Slumdog Millionaire
Stand By Me
Away We Go
500 Days of Summer
Funny Face
Gone with the Wind
Pan's Labyrinth

Agree? Disagree? Movies you think should be there?

If you're looking for more movies that you think everyone should see, check out the list that IMDB has made AND keeps regularly updated: http://www.imdb.com/chart/top

There are soooo many good ones on there! :)
Having just seen Up! and Avatar recently, i would say these are two extremely good films. Up was actually genuinely moving and Avatar, while very over-rated by some, is one of the most spectacular movies you will ever see. Forget the storyline and try and wrap your brain around what you're seeing. Of all my movie-going experiences though i would have to say that Lord of the Rings - Return of the King still lands top of the pile.
I have a pretty random list- not a lot from the last five years.

1- Almost Famous (my ABSOLUTE favorite)
2- Reservoir Dogs
3- Say Anything
4- Wall-E
5- The Dark Knight
6- Fight Club
7- Reality Bites
8- Empire Records
9- Superman (the real one)
10- Se7en
11- Clerks
12- Scream (the first one)
13- Airplane!
14- The Hangover (just because)
15- Suspiria
16- Audition
17- Pulp Fiction
18- Ferris Bueller
19- Schindler's List
20- Friday Night Lights
And, as a bonus- for a lesson in how to make a spectacularly shitty movie and what NOT to do if you want to succeed in filmmaking-
21- Either of the Twilights
