When I turn 30, will I be forced to quit this network, or can I stay on as an honorary member?

I still have time to reach 30 (I'm 23 now) and hence not much worried about my long term commitment to this group! Maybe I'll start '30 something bloggers' (or something like 'Married and bored') when I hit 30! :D

I've thought about this before. Not that I'm getting too near to the big 30 myself, but I knew someone would raise the topic at some point. It sounds like a perfect opportunity to start either a 20sb graduates group or a 30-something bloggers group here on Ning if you ask me.

Perhaps there is a group that you can just graduate to, a group for each age group and you just keep movin' up. I don't think you'd be forced to leave though...

Yeah, seriously. I'm on my way to 30 right now... the countdown to November is on. I don't want to be a hanger-on, but there is a thirty-something group.

Glad someone asked this, I was thinking of that myself, even though I have about a year-and-a-half left. I'll stay until they make me leave, but I'm sure when the time actually rolls around I'll get set up at 30 something bloggers too.

I wanna say I read a discussion about this somewhere else and it was decided that if you're already in the group before you're 30 then you don't have to leave. I think it was on one of these forums.

Yep, we agreed that we won't kick anybody out for turning 30. If you joined before you turned 30, you're totally welcome to stay, but you're not allowed to join after turning 30. Yeah? Fair?

ooh good to read that i wont be made to leave, ive just joined and im nearly 30! im sure i have a physical age (and mental) of someone in my early 20s so id be pleased to stay....!

..funny that we're all worried about this because we don't want to venture to thirty-something group. i think that most of us will still feel that we're in our 20's and don't want to join the "grown-ups" in the 30s group.
I will just stay in this one ... and join the other one when i turn 30.
