I didn't get the upgrade, but I believe that's true. FYI, one of the biggest benefits of Wordpress is that they have an amazing support section. Just about any question you can think of has come up.

You can't change the whole "original" document, but you can select one of the "sandbox" templates which I think are designed for major reno's using CSS.

Oh, like you can even change the HTML and all that? (I vaguely remember reading in the FAQs that for security reasons you aren't allowed to change HTML or upload a template b/c of security reasons on wordpress.)
