I hate it. For practical and completely mental reasons. I think I might be alone in this but: I don't like oral sex at all, for me or him. I'm too uncomfortable with it. I agree with the kissing comment, sometimes you click, sometimes it just doesn't fit.
With one guy I was more on the 'eh, no thank you' side, but I've also dated a guy that I absolutely loved giving them to, to the point that I almost came while sucking him off (seems backwards, but it's true). He gave me glorious reviews.

I've spent so much of my life, trying not to be the guy who becomes sexually eradicated and not able to control his hormones.
So to be honest, this thread kind of disturbs me. If you read my blog, I'm quite hard on myself, emotionally, no pun intended. I'm such a killjoy I know, but that being said, I should give an opinion:

I love it but unfortunately I've had mostly bad experiences with it. I'd say 85% of the time. Teeth scraping, doesn't know how to move her tongue, just in general is giving an unpleasurable experience. Which I've had to ask them to stop a couple of times it was so bad.
The good times, well fortunately the long relationships I was in they were pretty good. No gag reflex, willing to learn how to get better etc. Maybe this is one aspect of the one night stand (not knowing how to pleasure someone new) that has turned me off from the whole hook up thing.

I love the idea of it and it turns me on.. However, due to my OCD (I have a very particular thing about bodily fluids. At times even kissing disgusts me) I just can't put myself through it. I will more than happily do it in the shower or under water (done it before with my ex when swimming round a popular beach.. I love BJs, they are like pizza, it's pretty hard to get a bad one, but some are better than others.
Bad blow jobs would involve teeth, avoid that, and you're mostly there for a good one. Eye contact wins big points too, and telling the guy you love sucking cock will end things quicker ;-)
As for convinving a girl to give me one? I've not actually had a partner who has disliked it. It's just a normal part of foreplay imo. The pushing head towards crotch has it's place, all depends on the mood and the person I guess.
I've had differing experiences in terms of giving. I avoided it with my first partner, the smell put me off... But a girl who keeps herself nice and scentless is much more attractive, I enjoy giving it although get bored after half an hour or so of it.
