I cook a few times a week for the family but a lot of it is prepacked stuff frm the freezer!

I enjoy the occasional meal out too but it's far too expensive to do it all the time! xx
I went out with an Italian girl who cooked all the time for the last four years, which was awesome when it came to eating in.

Now we've broken up and i don't know how to cook anything besides like boil in bag rice and spaghetti. Plus I am absurdly lazy, so I wind up ordering in a lot. Or just microwaving a meal.
We probably go out to eat 2-3 times per month (for dinner--lunch is another story entirely!) and the rest of the time we eat in. Neither one of us is really a gourmet cook, and when my husband is out of town I generally subsist on cereal, grilled cheese, and ice cream, so I'm probably not the model eater, but I'm happy :)

My favorite easy peasy dinner is wheat pasta tossed with olive oil and black pepper and then sprinkled with a generous portion of Parmesan cheese. It's also quite tasty if you substitute Italian dressing for the olive oil!
We eat out more than we should...and we're trying to get it under control. One of my favorite easy recipes is Buffalo Chicken Pizza.

All you need is:
Premade pizza crust
buffalo sauce
ranch dressing
blue cheese
cooked chicken
shredded italian cheese

Combine everything on the crust and bake in the oven. Usually at 450 for about 10-12 minutes. Tasty, cheap, and easy!
I'm one of those girls who usually enjoys cooking after a long day at work. Recently, though, it has become more challenging because I am so tired.

One of my fave things to do is to throw something into my crock pot in the morning before I leave my house and come back to it bubbling and delish in the evening. You can do it with most meats, and I've heard you can make kick-ass mac and cheese in the crock pot, too.
I tend to be out several times a week, much to my eternal shame and permanent lack of money! The idea of cooking is just too much for me most of the time - although I do make a good spag bol (with shop bought sauce, naturally!)
