The Bloggers With The Most To Say

I found this question on some random blog today:
If you had to choose 10 CDs to take on a cross country road trip what would you choose?

This was hard for me to answer... I tried. (meetmeatthemirror.blogspot.com)

Someone help me out here. What is your ideal roadtripping music?

I took about sixty on mine. But here's the creme.

1. Tom Waits ~ Bone Machine
2. Modest Mouse ~ The Moon and Antarctica
3. Bob Dylan ~ Time Out of Mind
4. Godspeed You! Black Emperor ~ F#A# (Infinity)
5. The Killers ~ Sam's Town
6. Neil Young ~ Greatest Hits
7. Robert Plant & Allison Krauss ~ Raising Sand
8. Modest Mouse ~ The Lonesome Crowded West
9. Tom Waits ~ Mule Variations
10. Tool ~ Aenima
Ooooh. The Moon and Antarctica would be a good one to bring.
Their best? Yes, no? It's either that or Lonesome Crowded.
I don't have Fruit, sadly. Have you listened to Ugly Casanova?
I loved your blog post about this-- great question. Mine? are going to be horribly telling of my addiction to pop.

Kelly Clarkson - Break Away
Natasha Bedingfield - Unwritten
Alanis Morissette - Jagged Little Pill
Dashboard Confessional - The Places You Have Come To Fear The Most
Black Eyed Peas - Monkey Business
Timbaland - Shock Value
Justin Timberlake - Futuresex/ Lovesound
Beyonce - Dangerously in Love
Sia - Some People Have Real Problems
Michael Jackson - Thriller
I would imagine Alanis would be a great car sing-a-long. OOh. Michael Jackson. I contemplated putting some on my list. I think I'd end up with most of my cds...
Definitely Timbaland - Shock Value :)
Alanis is a must! Besides singing angrily when I drive, really focuses my anger and curbs my road rage.
a shed load of compilation CDs, so no albums in particular. compilation CDs have a wide variety and if chosen wisely, the music on them can keep anyone entertained for a good while.
that's so cheating! you have to pick real cds.

on my roadtrips I bring mix cds too, but you have to humor us with actual albums.
You tell him girl!
hmm... excellent question. let's see:

1. Rent (Film Soundtrack)
2. Christina Aguilera - Stripped
3. Dreamgirls (Motion Picture Soundtrack)
4. Jason Mraz - We Sing. We Dance. We Steal Things.
5. John Mayer Trio - Try!
6. Michael Buble - Call Me Irresponsible
7. The Incredibles (Music from the Motion Picture)
8. MIKA - Life In Cartoon Motion
9. Queen - Greatest Hits
10. Wyclef Jean - Carnival Vol. II: Memoirs Of An Immigrant

oh man... i feel like i'm cheating half of my itunes library.
