1. Great way to find new blogs
2. Forums (Who doesn't like having a spot to rant/rave or praise?) I also like that it gives a person an opportunity to showcase or highlight bloggers you enjoy- through nominating them for 20SB awards, or for 20SB blogger of the week.
3. I like any opportunity to write a personal bio.

(I'm kidding about the last one. I promise).

1. Find great bloggers and their blogs, by topic, things in common, location, status, etc.
2. Guest-blogging (exchange of posts, I joined too late to be in :-(...)
3. No (too much) drama in the forums and its diversity of topics and people

- Convenience of meeting bloggers in your area/meetups
