I'm doing a contest on my blog this week for the first time and I want ideas of what you like and don't like about them. What's your favorite contest you've ever seen or done on a blog? What's the best prize to send to someone that you really don't know? And then stop by my blog and enter my contest!

I'm always up for Target. you can use those online (if someone isn't near a store) or in store. They have the best stuff anyway

I really like Pay It Forward contests where you give away a prize and then the winner has to have a contest and give away a prize too.
I also like adding small things to prizes that are significant to the bloggers area/state. You know if someone wins one of mine they're getting something with cheese or sausage..it is the WI after all.

I heart Target too. But I'm not nice enough to buy people I really don't know presents. Call me rotten, but hey.
And I've never had a "real" contest on my blog. I'm not even sure what the contest would be about? I do know that the winner would receive a virtual high-five as their reward! And runners up would receive a virtual pat on the back with a "better luck next time sucker" remark. Sweet, right?
