The Bloggers With The Most To Say

My blog is very personal. I blog about everything, except the boring stuff. You can read my sexual exploits, my obsessive drinking habits, when I quit my job, etc etc.

I was never good at keeping secrets, and my blog's no different. I'm a forward person - and so is TWENTY. SOMETHING.

Every blog is different. Each has is specific niche - its own little corner in the world. Yet, how far does your personal blog go? When is personal too personal?

Thus, I present my question of the day... (*cue drum roll*)

What won't you blog about?!

Anything that's not my story. I have a friend who has the most unbelievable break up story. It all just happened recently and I've been itching to talk about it, but it's not my story. It's hers.
Sea lions may be off limits, but I do love a good story about a polar bear.
I hear they're left-handed...
I do not give real names or places in my blog most of the times. Some of the things I write about I don't want to come back and bite me.
i dont use real names either, just initals, i just feel like it my thoughts and feelings and the people who read it dont need to know who the people involved are, although if one of my friends were to read it they would totally know cuz they know them too
I try to keep my blog optimistic. I also try not to use too many clues that could directly link it back to me. I have had a boss admit that she Googles prospective employees; I don't want my blog to haunt me later.
My blog is called a personal blog but I don't write much personal in it at all. I used to write some personal stuff when in college, now when I do it's usually anecdotal.

I won't blog about religion. I wouldn't write anything that could land me in jail.
since my family, friends and everyone else i know reads my blog on occasion i usually omit sex talk, granted i don't talk about it that much in person anyways, but still.

and i usually leave out religion talk, or my lack thereof. but everything else i'm game.
I don't really write about sex unless it's a funny story.

I don't blog about my ex-- I honestly wish I could, but I would be beyond embarrassed if he found my blog and saw I was writing about him so long after the breakup. It's been several years and I've never really got to say how I felt about the whole thing. Oh well.
I've written about one particular ex boyfriend. And then I found out that he was reading my blog. How did I find out? He left a comment.

Nice.

Still though, I write about him. If he's still reading my blog attempting to learn about my life... well, I don't think that's any worse than me writing about him in the first place you know?
Carebears, unicorns and dolphins.
I blog about Carebears ALL the time.
