the blogger meet up of all meet ups...SERIOUSLY
Jenn and I were just talking about planning a 20something meet up. Not just little city meetups, but a big one. I know people talk about it all the time but nothing really comes from it.
Well if people are seriously interested in doing something like this Jenn and myself will do our best to make it happen.
Right now we are just gauging interest before talking about locations and stuff. Would you SERIOUSLY go to a big 20SB meet up?

I am in the same boat as most- I am so in, but if it cost a fortune to get there, I'm not sure I could %100 commit.

I would love to come! But only if it was scheduled sometime during feasable times for me to be back in North America (ie August 09 or February '10) as I doubt the location would be Australia (althought that'd be AWESOME!)

We haven't finalized a city yet. We are currently researching Boston, Chicago and New York. Anyone who wants to research can. Info is due back by Sept. 5th. Then we will have another vote.

I have officially put the hubby on notice that at sometime in spring of 2009 I may be driving to Boston (if it wins) to meet a bunch of people that I have never met (specifically Ben). With that said, if Boston does win I think I should be allowed to REQUIRE my blogger buds to come ;)

I would LOVE to do this! Money is obviously a factor but with enough notice i'll be golden. Let's see...sacrifices I can make:
Minus 1 Starbucks/day = $25/week
Minus 2 drinks per weekend = $12/week
Bring my lunch to work 2x week = $20/wk
After 6 months I'll have saved close to $1300
I''d love to go to any of those places - they probably can even get us group rates on a hotel or something
