Arkansas people?

Hey guys,

So I'm looking into a job in Arkansas, but I was hoping people could give me some info as to the area. I'm looking at the Little Rock/Conway area. My biggest concerns (as I've never been to the South before) is, how difficult is it to meet people? If I move down, I'll be moving without knowing a soul and by myself.

Is it all married/engaged folk? Is there a liberal community down there for a Jewish girl coming from the New York area? Any advice/information anyone might have would be excellent to help me make my decision.
