Attention: Layout Designers! Help!

As you can see my poor little blog needs help in the design area a.s.a.p. I have no idea where to start. What are your suggestions for some good d.i.y. or pay/barter designs? I want something unique to my blog, of course.

Google "blogger layouts". You'll find tons of different designs for inspiration for your blog.

You can find some GREAT layouts at Cutest Blog on the Block here and at Shabby Blogs here.

I make my own layouts, but I've seen a lot of people who use these sites and the layouts are fab!
