I have a Microsoft Excel file that I desperately need to share with the world. How the H-E-double hockey sticks do I accomplish this?

I don't know if you can upload Excel files onto it, or if this is really what you're looking for but you might try Scribd.

convert it to pdf and upload it to your site for others to see. is that what you mean?
never mind I see you have blogger, I am not sure you can do it there I have WP, and I can upload pdf and other can download it from my site... SCRIBD is probably a good bet for you unless blogger has that same feature.

Sorry gang...I'm trying to attach the Excel file to my blog (Blogspot), while keeping the ability for people to change cells and experiment with it's functionality.

You should be able to save it as a PDF. And upload it that way.
OR you can CTRL + PRT SCN, copy it into Paint or something and save it as a JPEG image.
OR you can use upload it to Google Docs. People can view it from there, usually.

Once you've uploaded your document, there should be an option in the top righthand corner that says "Share." From there is an option to create a link which you can put on your blog. Hope this works for you!
