The Bloggers With The Most To Say

Eventually, I'd like to have a store for my blog, but not sure what site would be best to do it through. I see a lot of people use Paypal, but I've not had a good experience with them. Any ideas or advice is appreciated.

Unfortunately I don't have any advice to offer, but I'd like to know what happened between Paypal and you. You're the first I know of to have had a bad experience with them.
Iono about her, but I had my paypal account hacked last winter (after having the account for like 10 years) and had 2 separate $300 transactions taken out of my bank account through it and sent to some random email addresses.

It took about 2 weeks to get it cleared up and my money back and paypal was real helpful, as they caught it early and were able to lock down my account til I could verify, but then for some reason, after everything was cleared, my bank contacted them about it and they locked my account again.

I went through all the steps again but then when it wanted to verify my location by phone or mail, I selected phone, nothing happened (last time I got a text with a code) so I selected the mail option a day or so later... yeah that was like 5 months ago and I never got anything in the mail. Now my bank accounts are linked to this paypal account that's locked up and I can't use and it won't let me open a new paypal account using those accounts since their tied to another. And in order to fix it I have to fax them all this info and... I don't have easy access to a fax machine.

So I'm kinda annoyed with them and would rather not use paypal again - you get hacked and you get a bit iffy about using it.
Wow. And people always tell me Paypal is really safe. Guess not anymore.
What service(s) do you use these days?
Well when I was doing Mary Kay for the past 6 months or so I used their Propay site, which is similar to Paypal but allows you to process credit cards and such and I trust it more since it's $30/yr and partnered with Mary Kay or something too.

Other than that, I haven't really made transactions online since the Paypal incident last fall.

Like I said, I had that Paypal account for like 10 years and this was the first time I ever had a problem with it, and they were good about everything when I called and contacted them throughout the case but now having to verify it a 2nd time and not being able to... just frustrating, lol... and I'm iffy about transactions online now too.
It's good in way, to question online transactions. People and technology can be so dodgy these days. Thanks for sharing your story. I'll check out Mary Kay and Propay soon. At least there are other options besides Paypal. Been wondering for quite some time now.
I didn't know you can only have one credit card per account and was not able to get money out because if it.

I like this site to put my logo on items, but I also want to offer items not on there.
