The Bloggers With The Most To Say

If you could have personally witnessed one event in history, what would you want to have seen?

I would go back to July 20 1969 just to experience Neil A. Armstrong and Edwin E. Aldrin, Jr., —take first walk on the Moon. Also 1609, When Galileo makes first astronomical observations with a telescope. Can you tell I'm science geek? :)

What about you? I would love to see what historical event you'd love to experience. :)

I would want to go back and witness Dr. Martin Luther Kings "I Have a Dream" speech given in DC on August 28 1963.

And also at any moment when the Great Pyramid was being constructed around 2560 BC.

And maybe last week, when I had that amazingly delicious chocolate cake....
Oh man, I had roughly 900 gazillion ideas after reading the question but your idea about the King speech is right on!
I mean really, right! But there are so many incredible moments I would want to witness.
Wow, that's an amazing historical event. Guess I'll beaming myself there with you.

Haha! I have to admit, the chocolate cake statement made me laugh. :)
Shea Stadium. August 15, 1965. The Beatles. Need I say more?
Ditto! Also Queen at Live Aid 1985. Also Michael Jackson in his BLACK prime.
Queen would have been uh-mazing to see! How could I forget them? I love me some Freddie!
Actually, Johnny Cash at San Quentin too. We could go on forever :D
Elvis! Gah! It never ends!
Hehe, its fine by me. I find it quite interesting and funny if you guys keep going :)
Jeff Buckley at the Olympia? Nirvana at MTV Unplugged? The Clash back in the day?
I wouldn’t mind seeing the assassination of JFK, just so I knew what happened. Then we wouldn’t have to keep listening to all these conspiracy stories 40+ years later!
