Does anyone know any good websites to pretty up my blog? Paying someone to design it for me is out of the question, so I was hoping some of you knew some good sites that would help me put together my own?

She has great, easy-to-follow blog tutorials. She has how to create a background and things like that. I usually create the blog button myself by using the html code. By using her site, I was able to customize my blog post titles and the body of the post.
I use picnik.com to design my own headers.

The Cutest Blog on the Block is GREAT!
So is Shabby Blogs!
Also, definitely check out Blogger in draft. Sign in, go to layout and than template designer.
I use either Blogger's template designer or I make my own.
If you're interested in making your own, I suggest viewing The Cutest Blog on the Block's "Free Blogging Secrets It's amazing and so helpful and has helped me create some fun layouts. Especially since I like my blog layouts to fit me. Not everyone else. ^_^
Also, using Photoshop is GREAT for this. However, if you don't have Photoshop, you can use the free program GIMP.
