I took the header for mine from a song by a black metal band called Behemoth. The song is called "Christgrinding Avenue" and the line just got stuck in my head. As for the address, http://shiftlessandlazy.blogspot.com - it's just an expression I heard a coworker use once and it made me laugh. At the time I started the blog I had three jobs, so I was anything but, but I still liked it.
