Blogger.com comment fail

Hello,

I recently switched my Blogger template to one that I found online and it seems to have messed with my comment section. I can click on the words "post comment", but nothing happens. People can't add comments at all.

I since have reverted back to the default Blogger template, which allows me to leave comments, but it won't let me have any of my widgets. Anyone know how to fix this?
