The Bloggers With The Most To Say

How many times a week do you blog? If you are a consistent poster, do you take any days off?

I'm trying to push myself to post once a day, but I'm considering taking a day off to let the creativity rekindle.

Thoughts? Positive/Negative effects on the blog?

About 1-2 times a week.

All of my posts feature new recipe/beer review and it can take anywhere from 45 mins to 2 hours to put together one post. I'd like to eventually try to up it to 3-4 times a week but I don't have the time, money or beer to do it that often right now.
Hmmm, I also wonder...

If I get on a roll, I normally will post two or three times a day! Not every day, but as I said, if I get on a roll. Is this frowned upon in the blogging world?
I don't think so. The only thing is you don't want to overwhelm your readers or post random things that would more suitable for twitter.
It depends on how much time I have and quality of content. I can easily post good content when I have the time. I try to never go more than 2 posts in a row without something of more substance or I start to feel dirty. I don't feel good today so I kinda feel bad because I wanted to do a nice quality post. Otherwise I have no problem posting every day or even twice a day. I don't have any issues with lack of ideas. I don't make any money from it so I do have to step away from it even though I like it a lot.
Ever since my winter break started last week I've been writing an average of two posts a day. I'm losing it... Maybe its because of lack of anything better to do.. Or maybe I have too much to say!
I try post at least 4 times a week (multiple post per day) but it gets hard b/c my blog isn't the typical celebrity blog drivel. Quality over quantity most definitely.
You should blog whenever you want, it can be once a day or a couple of times a week. If you have something to say, then say it. But when you don't / not in the mood, there's no reason to force it too. It can be pretty overwhelming. Weekly features, like Jaxie said, can help too when you're out of stuff to write. Many bloggers have weekly features on their blogs, you can join them :)
I try to post 5 times a week, Monday-Friday. And I usually schedule my postings ahead of time and have a long list of things I want to blog about. I haven't fallen into a blogging rut yet so since I do have so many things I want to write about, I like to post as often as I can.

Sometimes I get too busy to post 5 times a week but I usually post about 2-3 times a week at the minimum. I have a few weekly features so it keeps me with something to talk about and keeps things interesting.
i post about 4 or 5 times a week, give or take a few. Since school just started back i know i wont post as much
I get in moods where I will post multiple times a day for a while and then all of a sudden I wont post anything for a week or longer. Right now I am really trying to post once a day but I am not going to beat myself up if I dont manage to post something. I may start writing some blogs that arent time sensitive and save them for times where I dont feel like coming up with something new.
I post when I have a good story to tell. This unfortunately means I go through phases where all I write are "Weekend Updates", but I think it keeps things more interesting than if I was posting every day to say "Normal day! Went to class, had lunch, pretty good!"

It's good because people who read my blog seem to like being informed of only the wild times I have without the awful tedium of my daily doings.
On the flip side, I feel as though my posts get redundant when it seems like all I'm doing is getting lit and making bad decisions.
It depends. Right now I'm unemployed so I've been posting A LOT.

When I was working I posted about 4 times a week. Usually it's when I have time to do it or something interesting to say.
