I do "I LOVE...Fridays"

It's a good way to wrap up the week by focusing on the positive things...no matter how rough the week may have been. It always gets a great reaction from people and encourages the readers to also focus on the little good things.

Hmmm, I could start a Manic Mondays post about all the stupid things I've done while manic...a lot of them involving extensive trips to Walmart...

But I tend to not follow themes for any period of time. I had a few "Friday Night Double Features" where I would post 2 short blogs.

But if you look at the trends, most people don't read or comment on anything after Thursday, so your window of opportunity lies from really Tuesday through Thursday because Monday is usually the "Purge the Reader" day... So many lost blogs never read or read by just a glance over... that's just life in the blogosphere.

My lineup would be (if I had one):

Manic Monday - Manic adventures of ye bipolar one
Turning Back Tuesday - old but notable posts from the myspace era
Verbose Vednesday - Pictures with verbose captions/explanations... 1000 words + 500 more
Thoroughly Thursday - The classic observational blog with detail and meaning
Friday Night Double Feature - 2 shorts, likely prose-fiction
Statement Saturday - 1-2 lines, that's all
Sunday Secrets - Revealing secrets that are likely embarrassing

Let's see if I can get one of these down!

i seem to be the only one who does it, but every monday i post archive entries from about 7 years ago and call it Archive Monday. i don't mind if anyone wants to follow :P

The only theme I do is my weekly weigh-in day on Thursdays but I don't have a cutesy name for it. I just call it "Flab to Fab" and since Thursdays are my weigh-in days, that's when I post.

I do LOVE DC Princess's idea of an "I Love...Fridays". I might do that tomorrow...

So far all I do in my blog are TMI Thursday and Sunday Love list. I wanna see what's good on Wednesday, since I'm a bit clueless on what to blog at the moment.

I tend to stay away from these sort of things - mostly because I'm not an every-day blogger, more "whenever the moment strikes" - but I do a "Foto Friday." Seems most people don't want to read over the weekend (myself included) and it allows me to share some of the photography I've been working on.
