Cabo San Lucas - Vaca Ideas?

I'm traveling to Cabo in July with my family. Family vacations usually consist of lying around on the beach for seven days straight. I'm getting bored with this! If you've been to Cabo San Lucas before PLEASE suggest fun things to do/must see locations. Do it! For my sanity. Please?
