I'm working on a project to try to build a stronger community at my company. One of the things I'm looking at is using Twitter or other social media to help get employees together as well as share information on what is going on in the company. Do any of your company's use social media to connect employees? If so in what way? If not, any ideas that I can take to my boss for some suggestions on some things to consider implementing?
