The Bloggers With The Most To Say

Do you follow your followers?

That may sound confusing, but what I'm asking is: If someone becomes a follower of your blog, do you check out their blog and become a follower of theirs (if you like it, of course)?

I am not sure what you mean are you talking about that blogspot thing? I am not on blogspot I have self hosted blog so I don't know who follows me on their reader, though I an periodically see a new link on the dashboard so I will see links if I am on a blogroll or in a post if I am looking at that time. I am not one to investigate all that stuff on a regular basis.

If someone comments I check them out. The blogs I subscribe to are usually blogs I read because of a comment they left at my blog - I then probably went over and looked and liked there blog.
I'm not sure what kind of etiquette there is with that blogger follow thing and don't know if it means the people actually read your blog., they didn't have that when I was there.

i always check out anyone who comments on my blog. i always check out my 20SB friends. and i even check out all the blogs of people applying to be in 20SB! i'm rarely a daily reader, or the first to comment on the blogs i read, but i sporadically try to catch up on everyone in the reader. the only blogs i tend to walk away from are blogs that are overly personal/'what i did today' blogs.

I really try to follow everyone that follows me, but I don't have enough time to follow absolutely everyone. I used to feel really bad about it, but I know not everyone I follow follows me so I figured I break even. Once I don't have to work, I can spend more time following others :)

I always add my followers to google reader in a special folder so I check out their posts. I think its only fair as they take their time reading my blog.

I do read the blogs of people that comment. I should read my RSS subscribers but to be honest, I never thought to look until now.

Is it bad that I don't follow anyone at all? I figure that's what google reader and my blogroll is for, I don't need another thing to add.

I check out people's blogs even if they don't follow, even if they just comment. If I like your blog, I'm going to follow it. That's how it goes. :)

I only follow one blog...all the others that follow me and are a loyal reader then I just add them to my blog feed so every time they post, I can check it out!

I always check them out. If I like what I see I will follow back. Eventually if they comment a lot, I will follow back because I want to keep track of them(not necessarily their blog). It all depends.

I check them out. If I like them, I follow them back. If not, I at least have checked them out and will keep an eye on them in case there's ever a post I can comment on. I feel like comments are just as awesome in some ways.
