The Bloggers With The Most To Say
Do you like Fashion Blogs?
Hi, I'm Kristy and I'm a fashion blogger.
I have many interests, but fashion is my work and my biggest hobby, so I love talking about it and partaking in it. When starting my blog, it just made sense to me to start a fashion blog.
Sometimes I think fashion blogs get a bad wrap. A lot of people thing they are silly or vapid, but I see it completely different. I feel as though fashion blogs help people become more confident about fashion, personal style and themselves. The fashion blogging community is also really good about discussing tough issues like body image and environmentalism. In fact, one of the primary reasons I started my blog was to discuss these issues that affect society so greatly. These topics get such little attention from traditional fashion media despite their importance, that it makes me sigh with relief fashion bloggers exist to keep these topics alive and help steer fashion in a better direction.
That's how I feel about fashion blogs, but what about you? I'm curious to know how the rest of the blogosphere sees them.

I think fashion blogs are a tough niche to corner as there are so many varying styles & mainstream doesn't always float everyone's boat.
I don't necessarily dislike fashion blogs, but I don't really actively seek them out/follow any since my tastes are usually not 'represented' etc.
It could also have something to do with the fact that most days I dress like a hobo & don't leave the house. :P
