The Bloggers With The Most To Say

So I just got the wii fit about a week ago, and man am I feeling the burn. Everything on me has been soar, thighs, arms, abs, my calves for some odd reason, but I keep pushing through it because this is going to be my out for losing 22lbs that the eii says I could drop. It basically called me fat. Does anyone else use the wii fit? If so what is your routine? Mine is pretty random, I do a lot of the aerobics though, especially the hula hoop. I however don't look as sexy while doing it as the hula hoop girl on youtube. :-( lol

I grewup with Sega thumb. Does that count?
Oh dude that totally counts! When I was a little kid I was all about the video games lol.
My thumb was not only sore, it was actually callused from playing so much. It’s sort of sad, but Sega Thumb was an epidemic back then!

Ok, carry on this conversation without me. I have nothing significant to say about Wii Fit since I don't even own a Wii. Play on!
I love the balance games - the soccer one is really challenging for me! As for aerobics, the step is super fun - the minutes fly when using that game for me!

LOVE the Wii Fit.
I quit the soccer one because I am so bad at it, im just waaaaaaaay off balance.
I love Wii Fit (even if it called me fat, too)! I don't really have a routine, but I do try to switch around & do different things. I've been slacking lately though, so I know the next time I log on it is going to be like "Why do you think you gained 5 lbs?" lol
I too got a Wii Fit last week (day 8 today) and I love it! I warm-up with the 2nd Step-up, followed by boxing, then go onto yoga and muscle exercises, breaking those up with balance games. I then end my session with more aerobics (which are my fave, admittedly - although I *cannot* get the hang of jogging - it's too sloooow going at the pace it suggests and I'm more of a runner).

Good luck with your target!
Yeah I try to break it up too, because if your body gets too used to the same routine everyday it's going to be less effective. The jogging is weird though, I feel like an idiot when I am running because it looks very very weird. When I try to go faster it's like nope slow down lol.
I bought it several months ago, used it for a while, and now it's just collecting dust. =/ Sad, but true. Hoping to get back into it - I mean, I did spend $80 on it after all - but we'll see. I did love the stepping and hula hoop though. Both were decent cardio. The yoga is what made me sore just because I'm not very limber....at all....whatsoever.
I would play with it at a friend's house. The tight rope one, the hula hoop, and yoga were my favorite.
I can't do the tight rope one for anything! I always fall off, every single time.
Haha! On the tight rope one I can only get about 19ft or inches or whatever the measure it by. That stupid thing with the teeth gets me, or I fall off. When the hell am I ever gonna tight rope walk in real life anyway?
