The Bloggers With The Most To Say

There is not a person alive who can honestly say that they hate doodling.  It's a well known fact that even Hitler, who hated tons of things and people did not hate doodling.  But with so many things in the world, what do you doodle? Personally I like to doodle robots, wings, monsters, random patterns, and stylized people, as well as Mario and Pac Man.  What about you?

I find that I always doodle the same things over and over again, mainly because I can't really draw. I always doodle snails, pencils, hearts, stars, swirls, and triangles inside triangles inside triangles as many as I can fit.

I usually doodle flowers or hearts or swirly shapes. I doodle a lot when I'm on the phone or when I get really anxious or bored writing my to-do list lol

I always end up doodling flowers, birds, and ballet dancers. Occasionally little cars and smiley faces. :)

I always draw a sun in the corner edge of my post its.

I doodle words. When I worked, I always had a huge desk calendar, and when I was on conference calls or holding with legal or something, I would doodle the "MEETING- NOON" and "A&D CALL W/ VICTOR- 8:30" until they were all flowery and multi-colored and amazing. By the end of the month, my calendars looked awesome. Or crazy. Depending on how you look at it.

In classes, I doodle my notes. It keeps me focused on the topic at hand, but allows my hands to move, preventing annoying fidgeting or phone-checking.

I don't even know where to begin...

I often doodle 3D boxes, hearts, trees/leaves and facial features!!! Other than that, when I am actually FOCUSING on my doodles, they are often character ideas, myself in cartoon form and currently, trying to get the hang of drawing My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic characters!

Doodle is a funny word. And these replies are even funnier when I think of "doodling" as just another term for "using the restroom" But on a serious note, no, I'm not much of a doodler.

My vision started blurring and I started to grow hair on the palms of my hands so I had to stop.

I love this response, and I think you're confusing "doodle" with "diddle".

Am I?

I very rarely doodle. it just doesn't cross my mind to do so- especially not when I'm at work. Usually if I'm at work I'm either reading kindle, a magazine or I'm online. Or I'm booking appointments/checking someone in/out. And when I'm home I'm either watching a movie, online, cleaning or entertaining. So doodles don't happen frequently. I like geometric shapes and op art though.
