Everybody does it...
There is not a person alive who can honestly say that they hate doodling. It's a well known fact that even Hitler, who hated tons of things and people did not hate doodling. But with so many things in the world, what do you doodle? Personally I like to doodle robots, wings, monsters, random patterns, and stylized people, as well as Mario and Pac Man. What about you?

I always doodle random patterns, and often doodle other things like flowers, trees, stars, eyes, ballet dancers, storm clouds, and words that reflect my mood, like 'bored' or 'really hungry', which I then jazz up. I used to doodle like that in lectures, and I still do at work without if I'm on the phone.
At school I was notorious for doodling smiley faces on my friends' worksheets or notebooks (never on anything they had to hand in). One friend developed a particular hatred for these smiley faces and went into a rage whenever he found one on his work, so of course I couldn't help it... I still absent-mindedly doodle these smiley faces, but only ever on my own work, mostly... ;)

I doodle stars - you know, the ones that you draw all in one go without taking your pen from the page. I can doodle those all day. I have no drawing skill, or I'd probably draw something a little more interesting from time to time.

I doodle when im bored. Once i doodled a picture of my boyfriend while he was sleeping. Kinda creepy i know.
I'm definitely a bored doodler. I used to copy comic book characters during class in high school instead of listening to what my teachers had to say. Which is probably why I almost didnt graduate. But whatevs.
