Guest Blogging

I see some great guest posts on blogs. I was wondering how people have been finding people to do that with. Just contact a blogger you like? I've been thinking it would be best to do with someone who would have similar target audiences.

I am still new at blogging so please for give the "oh so newbie" question ;-)

Hola! I usually just ask someone via twitter or a blog post itself.
