The Bloggers With The Most To Say
Guest blogging?
I'm really interested at trying out some guest bloggers on my site, or guest blogging for another site. I've never done it before though, so I'm unsure of how to go about it. Has anyone had experience either having a guest blogger on their site or vice versa?

I've always had an interest in guest blogging too. If you are interested, maybe we can chat a bit and get something going between us and our blogs as far as a guest blogging is concerned.
I did once do a blog interview with one of my favorite bloggers. We interviewed each other, posted it on our blog. It grabbed a little more attention from both blogs and it was fun.

yea, it was a lot of fun. I'm thinking of doing another one, not sure yet. I'm kind of at a struggle to find some new creative ideas/post to add to my blog. I was thinking of adding an advice colum but I don't know how to go about it.

Hey- I have also tossed around the idea of having guest bloggers! I have guest posted twice for other bloggers and really enjoyed it. However, I have never HAD a guest blogger. I think this is a great way to find guest bloggers. It's been a good experience for me so far! Check out the lil' ole blog (its currently under a little construction) and let me know if you'd like to either guest post, have me as a guest or vice versa, ok? :) Holly

I've been a guest blogger/interviewed a couple of times. It's basically just you talking about whatever the blog owner wants. If they want you to chat about your blog, or what you to touch on a certain issue/project, that sort of thing. I've never asked anyone if I could guest blog but occasionally they put a little notice up and ask for people (if they are going away, doing a weekly/biweekly highlight.) I've basically just been emailing other blog owners and a couple offered me the opportunity. Definitely good for everyone involve for cross traffic and getting more people to both the guest blogger and blog owners sites. Good luck with it!

I've guest posted twice. Usually the host has had a general of a topic. I email them a post and they post a little blurb about the author, a link to their blog and then the guest post. I then have put a link in my blog to the guest post :)
I would definitely be interested in guest blogging!
