How did you get your blog name?
I'm always curious how people come up with their great blog names. Some are more obvious than others. :) My domain, twenty-eight.org was my second choice (tuesday.org was my first, sadly taken). 28 is the age I think is like, the perfect age. Things are finally settling in all areas of your life (or so I hope..). You aren't too young, you aren't too old. You have a lot of experience but you have so much left ahead of you as well.
My blog is currently called "So.." short for "so... remember that one time?" A phrase my sisters and I often use and just saying that cracks us up sometimes more than the memory we talk about.

My blog is called "Two Slashes."
The name is a reference to software development, where a lot of different languages use "//" to denote comments within code. Another term for a comment in the same arena is a "remark," which is where my tagline comes from.
If it's not already obvious from the profile pic, I'm a bit of a techie...

Take the nickname from my best friend "Goose" and that fact that normalcy has never really be in the cards for me. Stir in some humorous/personal/silly stories about my life. Mix well. Voila!

I came up with my name when I woke up one morning and realised my 20s were flying past me way too fast.

My blog name comes from these lyrics, "Gotta Have You" by The Weepies. It's a beautiful song. I think most of the screen names/titles that I've used over the years have come from lyrics.

The Solitary Panda.
I came up with this because I like pandas.. I feel this animal embodies the type of person I am, particularly because they're solitary creatures.. like a totem animal. What does the panda say about me? I'm Peaceful. Solitary. I see things in black and white. I'm asian...

I wish I had a better story for mine, too. Temerity-Jane.com ... I just made it up.
Googling it later, apparently there was a purebred Maltese with the same name, but almost 2 years ago when I started the site, that was the only result. Now it brings up tons of stuff, and I have no good story as to where it came from.
It does cause people to assume my name is Jane, though.

My blog name is meant to be said in Yiddish. Like, "Oy, you should only know..." (the implication is that you of course, shouldn't know - but damn if I am not going to tell you anyway.

My blog is "I'm on my way/Destination hell". I took the line from a Behemoth song called "Christgrinding Avenue". I think it was one of the best songs I heard all of last year, and it seemed like a great blog title. I even went so far as to credit the title to the band, in hopes I won't get sued.
