The Bloggers With The Most To Say

When you go about blogging a post, how do you go about it, what is your process?

For myself, it's always different. There are days when a blog post is brewing inside of me, I think of little sarcastic remarks, and little silly ideas to make the post better and bigger. Other days, I just sit and I type. And I'll write out a sentence that I think might be smart and then it goes from there, never really making sense, but at least it's therapeutic, right?

I think my worst blog posts are the ones where I don't really feel like blogging and my topic is truly nothing - my week recap, what happened today - that kind of crap... I'm never happy with those..

Anyway, how do you blog?

I generally just write when I have something on my mind. Usually I will just start writing and see what happens. I don't edit because I think I take away from my voice when I do. Some will hate that, but while I'd love to gain readers I won't write For them.

Then my last post was more goofy silly me. Because i was excited to find out that I had someone link my blog in theirs. Small to some but I was happy about it so got a little silly at 2am. :) I think thats my first silly post on this blog, but it's Me too, so I didn't change that voice either.

Anyway, I don't do the boring recap things if i can help it. I'm trying not to say anything if i don't have anything to say. Heck, I'll use Facebook for that. :)
I am pretty random like that.

Sometimes its an event, which acts as a trigger. Living in modern day Pakistan, its pretty much always related to terrorism ...*sigh* ...

Sometimes its when I am feeling blue, and I just wanna get it out of my system.

I dont blog about my days and my general routine. Its more about my ideas and believes really... However I have had posts where I gave it some thought and took a few days ...

Gues its pretty random
I usually blog about my biggest hobbie - social media and technology and just stuff like that. But it try to do it in a very personal and fun way :) just talking about what I like..
Sometimes yes I just write a sentence and then go from there, sometimes I am just really excited about something, sometimes I just want to showcase some of my photography.. or sometimes I want to write a story to a picture I just took. :) It varies. I still have to learn a lot about blogging :)
I blog after events or when I just need to let my mind release. My last two post turned out totally different than what I expected but that's ok too. I also don't edit my wording since it takes away from the true version that I'm thinking and dealing with...anything else would just be a lie. You can check out my blog here http://lauren-quartercrisis.blogspot.com/. I just got my 4th follower today!!!
Karla, I read the first two blogs and wanted to comment but couldn't find a link anywhere.
Yea I'm still trying to figure that out. I'll work on it and let you know when its fixed!! Glad you stopped by!
I try to blog after interesting events, or about "out of the ordinary dates."
If something funny happened, i share it. If i have a concern, i blog about that.

I try to keep my blog on the humoristic side, because that's what i enjoy to read.

i tend not to blog just about a weekly recap- those are boring to me personally also.

I sometimes blog about current events, or about an interesting story i read online and I want to rant/opinion/comment on.

It's sometimes easy, sometimes hard especially because I average 6 blogs a week.

The most important thing is to have fun. When you do, your blogs are better.
My blog is a melding of my life, feminism/politics, and film stuff!
I mostly see something stimulating and just write. Along those lines, I don't write for anybody but myself. I enjoy when other people give me feedback and what not (who doesn't, right!), but being fairly new I don't feel the need to crank out random crap to please an 'audience'.
Following the path I've been on as a writer since 4th grade, I let it fly and shun the revision process completely. This results in oftentimes bizarre, barely cogent, passionate posts.

And the sporadic spelling/tense error.

But it's not a term paper.

And I didn't care about that back when I was writing term papers either.
I blog about life. Whatever is happening to me in a certain week is what I blog about. Maybe I had a great expereicne shopping. Maybe I'm working on a project. Or maybe there's some kind of event going on that I can't wait to talk about. Sometimes certain things connect me to certain people or sometime it's just babbling on on a blog. Either way, it's an outlet.
It depends. I do have some weekly features where I pre-plan a lot of what I write and put little ideas in draft posts.

Sometimes I write about my beliefs or ideas, sometimes I write about what's happening in my life. I usually like to have a set of time to write it out and make sure what I'm writing makes sense. I also edit my posts, mainly because I'm anal and I have to make sure I've written what I wanted to write! I usually have a blog post I've been thinking about writing so I'll think of sentences and tidbits to put in the blog post during the day.
I blog much the same way that I write poetry. I get inspiration, and go with it... Or I'm upset, excited, happy, sad... Basically either there's an emotion or a muse involved, lol.
