homosexuality seems to be a trendy these days- a notion that i actually heard endorsed by my gay and lesbian friends. with that being said, i think that it would be pretty difficult for those who are taking part of the trend (expereimenting, coming out, dating/what-have you) to keep it a secret. It seems as though the sheer act of keeping a secret of that magnitude (sexual orientation) would cause an uprising, especially if it had to be enforced by law.
