The Bloggers With The Most To Say

I'm planning on writing a story following 5 friends as they try not to be the last to have their first kiss, but I'm not sure how old to make them. I was 15 when I had my first kiss, with most of my friends being a similar age (only a year or two younger/older) when they had theirs, but from other teen books I feel that this is unusual.

So, how old were you lot?

Seventeen. Literal fireworks went off, but not the figurative.

17, almost 18. :) It was with my NOW fiancee whom I've been dating since our senior year in high school.

I was 13. It wasn't awkward at all. We dated for 5 days, lol. Coincidentally my best friend also had her first kiss by the same boy, but we went to different schools at the time and it was before we met each other! Funny how life happens :)

I was fourteen and embarrassed I hadn't had my first kiss yet. I was SO worried he'd be able to tell I'd never kissed anyone before. Silly, stupid, super-young me.

so technically my first kiss was at age 4...his name was shawn and we were going to get married. :-p didn't last long. (a fight over who had custody of a stuffed sheep broke us up i believe...)

then there was a kinda peck at age 11...but i feel like it doesn't totally count...

what i consider my first "real" kiss was 18...i was so upset at first because it was so much alter than other people, but it was the most perfect kiss (late at night, under a streetlight, in the rain, i'm not making this up), and i don't regret waiting now. :)

I think I was 13 giving little pecks on the cheek/lips but my first real kiss was HORRIBLE and it was at the age of 15. No cordination, no feeling behind it, just making out to make out. YUCK!

17 and it was with my older brothers friend. We never dated but he was a readhead... and half of the guys I've kissed have been redheads.  Apparently, I have ginger-vitis ;)

I was 16! I totally felt like the last person on Earth to ever be kissed. Isn't that weird? Now thinking back on it I'm like "the hell was I doing kissing people at 16?!"

Er, I think I was 14. It was terrible. 10 years later and I think I need therapy to get over how awful it really was.

It depends what you define as kiss: my first romantic, boyfriend kiss or my first childish kiss?

It it's childish kiss, I have to say about 11. It was a trend to play kissy catch in the playground at school. We've all been there! But seriously, I was 14. And pretty naive too.

Now I feel good cause I saw that there are other late bloomers out there. Just last week I blogged about it and now I stumble upon this discussion.

To answer your question, 24 and still counting :$

16 and it sucked. Real bad.
