I need a blog make over - help?!

I've had the SAME template for over a year now and I'm really getting sick of it. Also, I am terrible at HTML and all that jazz so I cannot go beyond having one of those basic, ready made formats. Can someone please build me a nice template for my blog? For free? Pretty please?
