If I won a Million Dollars...

So the Powerball Jackpot last night was 500 million dollars (if you have been living under a rock and didn't hear about it, or don't live in the states) and while I'm sure none of us here at 20sb won. My question is if you did win what is the one really extravagant thing you would buy with the money?

Sure everyone who wins the money would pay off debts, their families debts and give some to charity. But I want to know what you just blow your money on? Is it a ridiculously expensive car? A collection of 1950's bubble gum wrappers? A life-sized clone of Zachary Levi (just me?)?

With 500 million I would buy a share of the Mets. They are in desperate need of the money at this point and I would hope that my money would go towards buying some key players. They were selling minority shares at a paltry $20mil earlier this year so I could certainly buy one.

After that, I'd donate a bunch of it to the college I work at, because I used to work in student loans and I wish more of my students would have been able to borrow less!

Easy answer: debt, real estate, travel, pretty things.

First and foremost, the debt repayment would be for myself, my family (sister/parents), and boyfriend. Then, I'd put some in savings or invest some (wisely). I'd upgrade my DLSR (from a T2i to a 5D Mk III), buy some new lenses, and go on a shopping spree (clothes, shoes, and accessories). I'd buy (and renovate to perfection) a house, and maybe buy a vacation home (likely a cottage). Then I'd give my immediate family the keys to the vacation home to enjoy, get someone to look after the house, and take off on an epic world travelling spree.
