This is actually pretty cool because I started blogging - not including live and dead journal - in late 2004 as a freshman in college over at blogspot, and my god how naive I was. I think I submitted one when I first joined but I'm actually no longer clear on exactly how to do it, at that time they chose only a few. I'll have to look into it.

Where do you actually submit these things?

Have you ever considered having a side sticky for carnivals and that voting for a blog thing you all have? I tend to miss some of those things.
