NaNoWriMo - Are you attempting?

So I decided to try NaNoWriMo this year. I don't know if I am crazy or what, but I'm going to try.

Anyone else trying this year? And if you have done it before, how did it go for you and any tips?

I am slowly but surely belting out a travesty of a horror fantasy novel. But the lack of editing isn't bugging me as much because of adrenaline and how much fun I'm having (largely) making up the story as I go.

Considering I came up with it from a wiki walk at TV Tropes, it kinda feel like the plot is basically a survival horror game on crack. And I am happy with that .

Status check. How's everyone doing? I'm around 60% of where I should be. Missed a few days straight, so hopefully can knock a bunch of this week.

Not doing great right now. I'm only at 25%. However I have most of it hand written because my laptop broke. So I'm going to force myself to sit down this weekend in my office and type up all of it. So hopefully it will be a lot more.
