Need help changing my domain!

Hey guys!

So, I have two blogs - my personal blog with a subpar domain name and my photography blog with a really insanely awesome url. I haven't touched my photography blog in at least six months and I wanted to know if there was a way to take the domain from my photography blog and assign it to my personal blog. I run both blogs from blogger. 

I was also wondering if there was a way to have the url of my personal blog redirect to the photography blog - so I don't lose any readers - and also because I just renewed that domain less than three months ago.

I am also looking into changing from blogger to wordpress - I don't know if making the change before changing the URL would make a difference or not. I just really hope someone can help me out!
