The Bloggers With The Most To Say

What do you do when you run out of things to talk about on your blog? This has been happening to me lately.. I find it harder and harder to think of things to say. I don't take tons of pictures, and I don't want every post to be..

"I went to Walmart. Then I got some McDonalds. I worked, then I read, then I went to sleep."

Because that's how many of my days go. So, what do you write about when you.. have nothing to write about? Any suggestions?

Honestly, I don't mind posting about my every day stuff (like Wal-Mart, etc.)

I also love memes!

If you can't think of anything, think about a favorite job, your favorite subject in school, a tradition, favorite fashion, sites like you love, places you've been, things you've accomplished or want to. Just go with it!

Try Mama Kat's Losin' It writing prompts.
Zomg, that is AWESOME!!!
I just checked it out.. I love it! Definitely gonna take some ideas from that. :)
This would be my suggestion as well. Good luck!

I found a couple sites that, collectively, have 155 topics to blog about.  A lot of them are computer related but all in all, I think it's a great couple of lists.

And of course, there's memes.

If you talk about real life stuff, it is easier to relate to, so don't hesitate!

Maybe you could talk about your opinions about things

Or do some top ten lists of things (you love, hate, want, etc)

Just blog about life!

I've always talked about things relating to my life.. I just hate feeling so repetitive! Trying to figure out ways to spice it up without changing what I write about necessarily. If that makes sense. Ha. :)

Well, seeing as we have the same name, with only a slight variation, I feel I can definitely relate to you.

Inspiration can't be forced. It just happens. That's why it's so magical.

Just wait til that inspiration finds you. In the meantime, keep a journal. Write in it everyday. No matter what. No matter how mundane your life is.

My New Year's resolution was to write in my journal everyday. I don't have something to blog about everyday, though I wish I did...but that doesn't mean I don't have anything to WRITE about. If that makes sense.

:)

Good News For People Who Love Bad News., for when inspiration strikes.

I don't blog everyday because I admit, I can't. I don't feel inspired all the time to write. But those days when I don't blog, I read other stuff, like books, and other blogs, as well. Then the next thing I know, random thoughts just come pouring in my mind. If you feel like you've ran out of things to say, relax and don't pressure yourself. Find some quiet time and believe me, you'll realize that there are a lot of things to write about.

I hope this helps. :-)

I used to blog everyday, but I can't anymore. For the past two months or so, I can barely scratch up a post every week (sometimes two). It's pretty frustrating. Then when I feel like I have something worth writing, I usually start writing it, re-read it and delete it because I think it sucks. Ha. :)
Have you ever thought about criticizing what you read like other peoples blogs? I think my blog has a lot of faults so be my guess criticize away! http://www.lynnaluvers.com
