The Bloggers With The Most To Say

I can't be the only person who has an absurd list of unattainable goals for every weekend. I also can't be the only person who find herself in a frustrated fit of low self-efficacy in reaction to not actually being able to fit in a week's worth of leisure into two days.

So, tell me your weekend plans.

Then tell me what happens when you don't do all the things you put on your list. I generally end up reading Buffy comic books and yelling at Glenn Beck over an embarassing amount of sake.

Wow. You are productive. Do you actually get all that done?!
I'm working, I do a lot of my work at home I'm an analyst. Grad school begins again so I am looking over all that. Running, dinner with friends, packing as I'm taking off to Banfff next weekend for a few days.
generally, the only thing I ever want to do on weekends is sleep. I spend the entire week being bored off my ass at work, so by the time the weekend comes I feel so completely exhausted that I just want to spend the whole weekend in bed. preferably, in bed with the BF. However, it doesn't usually end up working out that way- I'm normally much more productive than i intend to be. Basically, whatever needs to be done I end up doing. This weekend and last weekend is/was being spent in Asheboro, a small town about an hour and half away from where I live since the BF is on contract to a country club out there till Labor Day. We get a hotel room at a cheapskate place, I drive out there on sat afternoon, check in, wander around town for a bit and then he heads back to work at 8am on sunday morning and I get ready to head back home.
