Personal vs Informational?

When you read blogs are you more interested in a blog that is personal or informational? Do you want to know the details of their life or only some personal and more so focus the topic of the blog?

I love personal blogs. Informational ones tend to lose my attention.

That's not to say every personal blog I like, the ones telling me about the woes of the many boys they're interested in, or how they didn't have cereal and had to have toast instead tend to make me a little frustrated. The ones that don't match my maturity level (I promise I'm not as hoity toity of a bitch as that sounds) I usually can't get through reading or return to.
