The Bloggers With The Most To Say

What does everyone think? I've been hesitant to do so but it seems to be trend. I have a few pictures but none of them really show my face.

Just curious =)

I don't mind having them up since the blog is essentially about me. It makes sense. I limit the photos I put up of other people in my life though.
I do the same!
Good point!
I just posted the first pictures of myself (other than the profile pic). My husband and I's one year anniversary came up and I wanted to post a couple of pictures of us. I did hesitate, but then I felt like maybe people would want to see what we looked like. Plus, part of the point of my blog (for me) is to be able to look back at my process and memories. Posting the pics will be nice to look back on a year or so. Now that I'm thinking about it, I'm just glad no one made fun of the pictures I posted.
i was just going to ask this... hm, i've been teetering on the edge between both...

it seems like a lot of girls (in fashion-type blogs) will put their head down or to the side, or hold the camera up in front of their face... so, it seems like there's a grey area too...
Agree. Before my new blog layout, I was reluctant to put one on the page. Now that I have a new layout, my pic really speaks for itself.
agree. It personalises the blog a bit!
I've posted photos of myself on my blog but haven't in about a year or so, no real reason why I stopped.

Just make sure that whatever photos you post won't hinder your getting hired for a job or fired from a job.
I've posted pictures of myself before. I don't post a lot though, because seriously? I write MUCH better than I look.
I don't mind having pictures of me on my blog. My Facebook is easy to find and I also have a profile with pictures on The Nest (a married website). I'm not too worried about it.
I think it's great to see pictures of who you're reading - builds more of a connection, it's more personable!
I agree. If there are pictures, I feel more of a connection and am likely to return to the blog to see how the person is doing or what they're up to.
