The voting is done via Facebook (here) and you can only vote once. (But you can tell millions of people to do it. And that's how herpes word spreads.)

If you go to http://www.facebook.com/zync#!/zync?v=app_128998950457359 and click the "vote" button, it will show the candidates with your pick highlighted, and then you can click on the "standings"!
