Relocating to Knoxville
I know this is completely random, but I am curious...
I found out last week that I will be relocating to Knoxville, TN for a job. I just graduated from NC State, and it is exactly the job I wanted when I got out of school. It all has happened really fast and I have had to switch gears and change plans from going to school full time to get my MBA to starting in the professional world in less than 2 weeks. I'm going to be working at the plant that manufactures Sharpies, and I will be in purchasing for Sanford (the office products division of Newell Rubbermaid). I have been blogging about my experiences and will continue to do so!
Anyways, I was wondering if anyone on here is from Knoxville or has any tips for me. I am 21, and I know absolutely no one there, so I am trying to reach out to see if anyone wants to fill me in on Knoxville!
