I'm never sure if someone got my reply on their comment on my own blog. It all depends if they checked the box to receive an email notification.

If they list their email in their blogger profile, you can reply to them directly via email once you get the blogger comment email notification.
If they don't list their email, I reply directly on my own blog.

I really dont like Disquis.. I had it for awhile but it confused everyone... myself included.
Then when I uninstalled it, it deleted all my comments. = (

I tried Disqus for a month or so, but I also found it confusing and it screwed with my layout. I comment on my own blog to reply too.
