Hi there! I've been to Savannah three times and still haven't had enough. It's a BEAUTIFUL city with quite a lot to offer! Take a stroll down by the river. The buildings that house the restaurants and shops there date back to the 18th century. There are lots of walking/bus tours if you want to see the historic homes or architecture. If you're into art, there are several galleries in town. (Savannah is home to a college of art and design.) As far as nightlife, there are lots of bars, especially Irish pubs. McDonough's is a great one. Finally, there is plenty of great Southern food! Paula Deen's "Lady and Sons" lives up to the hype. Arrive early if you want to eat lunch...the reservations fill up VERY quickly. If you can't make it to lunch, they'll let you go ahead and make a dinner reservation. If you like fresh seafood, try the low country boil at The Crab Shack (Tybee Island). You can thank me later! Tybee is only a few miles away, and is also a beautiful beach that usually isn't too crowded.

Hope I gave you some ideas! =)
