The Bloggers With The Most To Say

So a friend of mine plays Squash and it sounds interesting. I'm not an extremely athletic person but I'm considering trying it out. Does anyone have any experience/advice?

I played squash in high school. It's pretty easy to learn, and can be just about as athletic as you want it to be, as long as you can find partners of approximately the same skill level.

Do you have experience in any other racquet sports?
I mean, tennis. A little badminton in HS. Other than that, not really. But I figure it can't be that hard.
No worries, I'd played a few others before, but this is the first I actually enjoyed and therefore played for longer than, oh, a day. I just asked because you may need to unlearn a few habits from other racquet sports, but with a bit of practice, that shouldn't be hard at all.

Oh, and jumping off the comments below, it is definitely a lot of fun, and GREAT for stress relief -- where else can you whack a ball as hard as you want against a wall?
I just learnt how to play and it is really fun! Especially for a girl who is generally scared of flying objects coming towards her at rapid speeds trapped in a small white room. Definitely try it!!!
haha kisekae, our answers were practically identical :P
I LOVE squash :) I only very recently got into it, thanks to my bf. Its so much fun, even if you're no good. Go for it!
