TEEN MOM--LOVE IT OR HATE IT?
There's been a lot of buzz about the 16 and Pregnant and Teen Mom shows...some people are like ENOUGH ALREADY! Some people just watch it because television shows these days are basically garbage..so why not. What do you think? LOVE IT OR HATE IT?

Wow thats ashame. Yeah---and that's why alot of people have been talking about it. I used to be into too...but now I'm kind of like I'll watch it if I'm bored.

I like the show, it doesn't glamorize having a child being young and unprepared. Haha it's the best form of birth control I can think of :P

I will watch it just because I love watching shows about babies. I'm kind of torn about it being good or bad. On one hand, it's rewarding the teens who did mess up & get pregnant too soon, but also shows how hard it is to raise a kid when you are still one yourself. I guess it will warn some kids and others will hope to get cast in the show.

Hate it. Being that I WAS a teen mom, that show makes me look bad. Honestly, I'm glad that I had my daughter young, but I was one of the lucky ones who ended up with a great man and he's an absolutely amazing dad. I hate it when people watch that show, which is nothing but drama and bullshit, and look at me like it's just the way it is. Stop feuling the stereotype, already. I mean, if it's just the baby and I at the store, people assume I'm single and the dad is a deadbeat. And if Mike is with the baby without me, people ask him if I'm a drug addict. Boo on all of it.

I look young so I'm always getting the side-eye from people when I go out by myself too haha. And people at work would ask me in hushed tones how old I was when I was pregnant. You can't control judgmental people though so I stopped letting it get to me

I hate that people see you with a baby and assume things about your life. :(
I also hate that it's now acceptable for people to ask me if I have children. I always wonder if I look old enough to have reproduced, and then I remember girls are having babies at 15 and being put on television.
That being said, I watch when I'm bored because I love babies. Especially ones that I don't have to take care of.

Wow..society is very judgemental and it's a shame. You're right the show is nothing but drama and bullshit but as long as MTV is getting viewers they're going to continue to show it.
