TEEN MOM--LOVE IT OR HATE IT?

 

There's been a lot of buzz about the 16 and Pregnant and Teen Mom shows...some people are like ENOUGH ALREADY! Some people just watch it because television shows these days are basically garbage..so why not. What do you think? LOVE IT OR HATE IT?

I can't bring myself to watch it... regularly. It's not that I hate it. The show reminds me of my friends in high school. I do watch 16 & Pregnant sometimes. I just want to see if any of the Maury girls end up on it.

It makes me think that all fallopian tubes should be tied up until I say they can come untied. I fucking hate Teen Mom.

i recently started watching, so I'm not totally in the loop yet - but I HATE AMBER. what a selfish beyotch. I've seen a few Teen Mom 2 episodes and I think Jenelle is going to be the next Amber, I'm kind of glad her mom sued for custody.

 

All in all I like the show. I also like that they routinely say "teen pregnancy is 100% preventable" and then give a website for kids to go to for info. It makes me sad to hear a few kids say they want to be on the show, I would think it would have the opposite effect!

Over it. 

 

I feel like it sends to opposite message of "dont get pregnant" when girls see how much the teen moms of season 1 made, and they think by having a baby they can be on the show, and "take the easy way out"

 

I hope this is the last season for MTV.

I love the first series, just because I have gotten into their stories and like seeing their babies grow up. I don't like Teen Mom 2 at all.

Absolutely positively DESPISE it! Not only does it encourage some girls to emulate the girls on Teen Mom, it also "rewards" girls whose only claim to fame is making poor life choices. Plus most of them are horrible mothers!
