Thoughts on Buying Shoes Online?
For whatever reason today I decide to ask the people of the twitters where they buy their shoes. I was surprised by the number of people who say they buy their shoes online. Maybe I'm the one behind the curve on this. Or I just have difficult feet. What are you thoughts on buying shoes online?

I've bought shoes online - but not regularly. For me it's just too fiffy. Unless you're looking for something specific - wedding, event, costume (what's the difference?!) then I wouldn't. Of course even then only buy from a site that has free back shipping - so you can excange sizes or colors as much as you want for free - or even just return them!

I've only ever bought shoes/clothes online from brands I know or have bought before. It's been working for me pretty well. I haven't been disappointed yet. :)

I once made the mistake of buying shoes from a different country. I was SURE I worked out the sizes correctly, but what they sent me was HUGE! Of course they wouldn't accept them back.
On the other hand if I know the brand pretty well and have bought several shoes and know the sizing is consisent I don't see a problem. I've bought havaianas and converse without any issues.

I've bought shoes online before. From everything from respected online retailers to ebay. Just make sure wherever you're buying them from has a good return policy if you're skeptical about the whole process.

I don't buy shoes online. I'm between sizes so I always need to try on shoes first.
I buy clothes online all the time, but shoes need to come from a store for me.
